Optional storm references and, where offered, photos and planning estimates are attached to your request. Your request and any uploaded photos are stored privately and are not publicly visible. No website account is required to submit.

Weather lookup
If you search an address, it is sent to the U.S. Census Bureau geocoding service. Nearby reports come from a saved NOAA dataset with the date range shown beside the results. Weather reports do not establish property damage or insurance coverage.
Hosting and privacy
The website runs on OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting services process connection and security information. The site temporarily stores a time-windowed hash of the connection address to limit abusive submissions; it does not add advertising trackers. Administrator sign-in uses the hosting provider.
Information controls
Do not submit policy numbers, payment details, access codes, or unrelated private documents. Only upload photos you have permission to share. Records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. To request access, correction, or deletion, email Info@easeroofing.com and include your lead reference. Do not include sensitive documents in that email.
